RETURNING/EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the La Paz products to the La Paz Shop Online in perfect condition. The La Paz products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the original invoice that comes with the delivery needs to be enclosed together with the returned products. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

COSTS FOR RETURN
La Paz Shop Online is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after La Paz Shop Online receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by La Paz Shop Online.

COSTS FOR EXCHANGES
Once you have returned the items, La Paz Shop Online will not make any additional charges for delivery in the case of an exchange. Please note that La Paz Shop Online will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except that La Paz Shop Online will not accept exchanges.

COLLECTING YOUR ORDER
Portuguese customers: Depending on the volume of the shipment you will receive it directly to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local Post Office. International customers: When your delivery reaches its destination, your local courier will deliver it to the specified address. FedEx requires a signature, which means that you will need to be present on the address during their operating hours. Contact your local FedEx service if you would like to make special arrangements.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time you placed your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Portugal the delivery confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information. For buyers in Portugal the delivery information will include carrier information. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take upto 5 days

DELIVERY AND COLLECTING PACKAGES WITHIN PORTUGAL
Orders within Portugal will be delivered with Portugal national post (CTT). Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
International orders will be shipped with Fedex. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the Fedex website (www.fedex.com). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since FedEx couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified delivery address at the time of the delivery. During the registration of your La Paz Shop Online account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to deliver your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the La Paz Shop Online. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Delivery rates are not inclusive import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

FREE DELIVERY
La Paz Shop Online will sometimes offer free delivery promotion. When this offered it will be clearly stated in the La Paz Shop Online site, and will be applies to your order on the payment page.

DELIVERY TIME
Portuguese orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the delivery confirmation.
Please note that during Portugal National Holidays and Sale, Orders may take unto 5 days to dispatch.

CURRENCIES
La Paz Shop Online cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by La Paz Shop Online.
